Ofsted Report Statement of PurposeNalu House is the first registered children’s home, within Ohana Homes, providing care and accommodation for up to 3 children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD). We can welcome 3 young people aged between 8 and 18 years of age. Nalu House is established under the Children’s Act 1989 and will practice in accordance with The Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Care Standards.
Our aim is to offer long term placements depending on the individualised care plan of each young person’s needs. We recognise that this might not be the case in some circumstances however we pride ourselves on ensuring we can offer a placement that offers stability and safety.

Moana House is currently under renovation, and we are turning a house into a home.
We have a clear vision of where Moana House will be in the near future
Moana House will be the second registered children’s home, within Ohana Homes, providing care and accommodation as a specialised one bedded home. This home will offer a placement for one child with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD) aged between 8 and 18 years of age.
Moana House is established under the Children’s Act 1989 and will practice in accordance with The Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Care Standards.
